Dear Customer,

We are pleased to announce that from October 1, 2022, QUARON SAS will be known as STOCKMEIER France SAS.

A STOCKMEIER France shareholder since 2011, STOCKMEIER Group is a 100% family-owned speciality chemicals and commodities distributor company headquartered in Bielefeld, Germany.

The company became our sole shareholder in 2019 while pursuing very significant growth in Europe and acquisitions in several countries, and now employs 1,900 people active in 15 countries.

This name change reflects the important links forged in recent years with the various companies that make up the group, in order to enrich our product offer, and grow our supplier base and activities into new markets. In this particularly complex period in the field of procurement, these exchanges are an important asset.
This name change also reflects the common values we embody: serving our customers, respecting our partners, and trusting our teams.

Apart from our name, nothing else will change

Your contacts remain the same and are there to answer any queries you may have;
Your commercial terms and contracts are not affected by this change;
Our VAT and SIRET numbers and bank details also remain unchanged.

Please notify people in your organisation of this change, so that our communication (orders, letters, payments, etc.) can continue under this new identity from 1 October 2022.

Please also note that the suffix of your correspondents’ email addresses will now be @stockmeier.fr (ex: jmartin@quaron.com is now jmartin@stockmeier.fr).
